• For you dining pleasure, the Boardwalk Cafe will be open during the day that will offer a full bar featuring local Dominican Cocktails, light snacks. specialty coffees. teas and homemade gourmet ice cream. The new Waterfront Restaurant will offer at lunch time and extensive "Taste of Dominica" buffet featuring local delicacies. In the Evening the Waterfront Restaurant transforms into a romantic a la care restaurant offering the very best International cuisine under the direction of the Fort Young's Executive Chef, Norman Thompson.
 

HOTEL FEATURES
All room have private bathroom with hot shower en suite and feature private, a/c, ceiling fan, writing desk, cable TV,  direct dial telephone and  wireless internet access.

• Standard: Rooms have terrace/balcony, limited seaview and double or queen bed.
• Oceanview : Rooms have balconies: some rooms have partial seaview, Twin, Double or King bed
• Oceanfront : Built in the newest section of the hotel, located on the ocean front with a balcony directly situated over the water. These rooms are very modern with great facilities and stunning views.  All rooms come with a King size bed, bath with overhead shower and free DSL access. Four of the Oceanfront rooms have the option to inter-connect with each other.  Sleeps 2 adults / 2 adults 1 child.
• Deluxe Oceanfront: Rooms are similar in location to the Oceanfront rooms except for the fact that these rooms are fully accessible by elevator, with a fully equipped fitness centre on the third level and Duty Free Shopping on the ground level. Offering 2 double beds or one king bed, these larger rooms have balconies directly over the sea, Bathrooms with modern fittings, overhead shower and bathtubs, and a relaxing lounge area and free DSL access. Sleeps 2 Adults and 2 children or 3 adults. Also ideal for families.
• Oceanfront suites (3): Substantial suites - 2 bathrooms, kitchen area (microwave & fridge), dining/lounge area, separate bedroom with king sized bed, whirlpool tub, wrap around balcony.
