Nightly rates are is US$ dollars, and are based on the European Plan (no meals), and are subject to 15% service and $6.50 per person/per night government room tax. These rates are for single or double occupancy. Extra person nightly charge is $62 per person/night per room. Note: For the peak period, Christmas/New Years, Dec. 20, 03-Jan 4,2004, a minimum of 7 nights stay is required. Our service charge covers gratuities for all employees. Nevertheless, additional gratuities are at your discretion. A 15% service charge and a 5% N.A.O.B. Sales tax applies to consumption items and services purchases
ROOM DESCRIPTION
All rooms have French doors, cable TV w/22 channels, phones, hair dryer, in room safe, upscale toiletries & robes & ceiling fans. Suites have a wet bar style kitchenettes, mini-fridge & hammocks.
Courtyard room: king or 2 dbl beds ground access to courtyard & pool area.
Marinafront room: king bed ground floor or 1st floor - ground access to Marina & gardens.
Beachfront room: king bed access to property quarter mile private white sandy beach can connect to Beachfront
1 bedroom suite (to make a 2 bedroom ) ground floor or 1st floor.
Beachfront 1 bedroom suite: Just a few feet away from the beach w/ ocean view - king bed and queen size sofa in
living room - tub & shower equipped kitchenette/wet bar private lanai or terrace w/hammock - can connect to
2nd bedroom ground or 1st floor.CHILDREN
Children of all ages are welcome at Harbour Village. There is no charge for children under 16 years old staying in the parent's room sharing existing bedding. Through the "Summer" and "Shoulder" periods, we offer accompanying children staying in a second room (under 16 years old) at 50% nightly room rate. Children are subject to the regular government tax of $6.50 p.p/night.MEALS
Daily breakfast and lunch are served beachside at La Balandra Beach Bar and Restaurant. Breakfast is served from 7:30AM until 9:30 am. Lunch hours: 12:00 PM until 3PM. Dinner is available a short stroll away, at marina side The Lighthouse Bar and Restaurant. Dinner Hours: 4:00PM-10:00 PM. Beach bar service is available from 11:00AM -7:00PM. Other dining site options might be arranged according to occupancy and at the management discretion. A 15% service charge and a 5% sales tax applies on meals. Buffet Bkfst $18 + 20% tax/sv
